Irish Coast Guard – Safety Video

Here is a safety video I shot over a couple of weekends in Feb & March 2009. It will be used to teach local school kids (8-10 years) and youth groups about water safety.

Crane with Sony PMW-EX1 & Letus Extreme

I put these photos up just to show my crane with a larger camera config as I am often asked if my crane will take various cameras. This is the largest set up I have used on the crane to date and even though I am unable use the power head with larger cameras (due to the extra weight) we were still able to attach it to the plate on the end of the boom and still get some nice shots.

The Rehearsal

This is a short film that was made on Sat 21st March 2009 with actors from “The Attic” group from Dublin. I was the jib op on this, produced & cut by Noel Brady, directed & shot by Sean O’Hara.

A group of actors are rehearsing Shakespear’s “King Lear” when they are disturbed by a knock at the door……….

This was some footage shot at a kids music school concert as part of a 3 camera crew. This was a great little gig to be involved with, loved it that they had a six year old girl singing “Cocaine”….now that’s Rock n Roll.
